Welcome to HireHyve. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of our website, services, applications, and custom data processing operations. By engaging HireHyve, submitting raw files, or approving a Scope of Work (SOW), you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Scope of Data Entry & Processing Services

HireHyve provides enterprise and small business data solutions, including but not limited to:

• Online and offline alphanumeric data entry and spreadsheet population.
• E-commerce catalog creation, product SKU indexing, and multi-channel synchronization.
• HIPAA-compliant medical and clinical EHR/EMR document structuring.
• Financial transaction ledgering, invoice processing, and accounts payable audits.
• Optical Character Recognition (OCR) cleanup, legal deposition indexing, and PDF transcription.

2. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

We acknowledge that all raw files, databases, trade secrets, and processed deliverables submitted to or generated for you remain your exclusive intellectual property. HireHyve acquires no ownership rights or licenses to your data other than the limited right to process the data as instructed.

3. Client Responsibilities & Data Legality

To ensure smooth project execution, clients agree to:

• Provide readable, uncorrupted source files and timely clarification when required.
• Confirm that you hold all necessary legal rights, permissions, or consents to submit data to HireHyve for processing.
• Refrain from submitting malicious software, illegal materials, or deceptive records.

4. Accuracy Benchmark & Service Levels (SLA)

HireHyve guarantees a 99.9% accuracy benchmark across delivered records. In accordance with our Refund & SLA Policy, clients are entitled to unlimited free corrections within 30 days for any deliverables deviating from initial instructions.

5. Fees, Invoicing & Payment Terms

• Transparent Quotations: Projects are billed based on agreed fixed per-record rates, milestone packages, or hourly retainers as set forth in your written quote.
• No Hidden Costs: We charge zero software license fees or hidden maintenance markups.
• Payment Schedule: Invoices are payable upon receipt via approved credit card, ACH transfer, wire transfer, or PayPal unless net terms are explicitly granted in writing.

6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDAs)

HireHyve agrees that all client communications, source materials, and customer records will be held in the strictest confidence. We will execute formal standalone NDAs upon request and maintain 256-bit encryption and access restrictions across all workstations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither HireHyve nor its directors, employees, or specialists shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from business interruption or loss of data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project batch giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all service contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith mediation prior to formal litigation.
